Customer Service, after placing your order, you will receive a copy of your invoice, you will then receive your tracking number when the package has been shipped out.

We Ship throughout Canada and the United States, Shipping is Free with the purchase of over $50. If you are purchasing under $50 the shipping charge is $8.00. We ship Canada Post Expedited and USPS Expedited. The checkout page is in CANADIAN DOLLARS, if you are from the USA your credit card statement will convert to USA Dollars.  Your Visa or Mastercard will do the conversion. The approximate shipping time in Canada is 2 to 7 business days. To the United States shipping is approximately 4 to 10 business days. We will ship by Airmail.

Your package will be insured for the total amount of the package. 

Refund Policy: We do not give refunds for cosmetics due to hygienic reasons, If you have an unopened product, and you would like to send it back, then please contact us for instructions to send the product back.  If you have an issue with one of our products  contact us at info@bebeautifulskincare.com
